Back to the Hospital

Here is an update on Kaylee from Brenda:

Hello Everyone,

Well there is good news and bad news. The good news is that Kaylee was able to go to children's camp last week. David's idea and he made it happen. Ryan and I went to make sure all her feeding stuff was taken care of. We all had an amazing time. Kaylee had the counselors in tears because of her love of the LORD and desire to worship him even though she has been through so much!
The bad news is that she is back in the hospital today because her tube has been clogging and today we were unable to push the water through the tube. Kaylee pulled the tube out herself (wow) and she will stay in the hospital overnight so they can give her IV fluids. We will talk with the doctors tomorrow about placing another NG tube through her nose or possibly going straight in through the stomach which is called a button. The button would require surgery; however, with school starting Kaylee may like not have the tube in her nose. ALSO, she still has not gained any weight.
