Rebekah Lynn

As I was making breakfast this morning I heard, "Mommy, look. I'm all dressed!" Didn't she do a great job? You can't see them, but she even has on a pair of pink shorts under her dress for modesty. Her shoes are on the wrong feet, but that's minor. I'm so proud of my Rebekah Lynn.
She says and does some of the funniest things. When she has the hick-ups she'll says, "There's a frog in my mouth." She pronounces Grandma "Bong-ah." If you call her a little princess she'll say, "I'm not a princess. I'm Not." She loves her Sunday dress shoes even more than her light-up Princess tennis shoes. She likes to wear jewelry and lipgloss and her favorite dress up outfit is a slip with simple petticoat layers. Rebekah is a precious little girl full of laughter and silliness. She loves to sing and I often hear her making up her own rendition of songs. She'll combine the words from three songs and sing them to one tune. She taught Jim and I that the ABC song and Twinkle Twinkle are to the same tune. Did you know that? We didn't, but Rebekah figured it out!
Rebekah Lynn turns three years old next month. It seems like she's been three since before this last Christmas. She's growing up so fast and learns quickly. She brings much joy to our world and we love her dearly.

She is so beautiful! I love hearing parents "gush " about their babies. Thanks for sharing!

What a cutie! I forgot to tell you while we were there but Rachel loved Bekah's nightgown she was wearing. She kept trying to touch the hem of it.
Bekah is precious!
