Tonight I got to thinking about some of my friends. I have several long-lasting friendships that I take for granted. They're my good news/bad news friends. We all call each other when something good or bad happens. You know, like "Hey, I'm pregnant!" or "Hey, I've lost my job." You know, those kinds of friends. The people you call when you want to celebrate or need comfort. I'm not the best at keeping up with everyone and calling them in between the good and bad news calls. But I do think about you all and pray for you when you come to mind. And tonight I'm thinking about all of you. And I'm thankful for you. Thankful that I have someone to call with my good or bad news, and thankful that you care to receive my call. Thank you, and Thank You, Lord for these people.
