Fun Day

Today has been a fun day here at the Hasse house. This morning our neighbors joined us in some ornament painting. I had found a recipe online for an ornament dough that you use cookie cutters with. We have a bunch of painted stars, Texas's, boots, snowflakes and bells to decorate our tree with. I did the Texas shapes primarily for our neighbors since they are from California. Here's a picture of the kids with Kevin.

Then, this evening my friend dropped off her three kids and headed out for a business Christmas party at Threadgills. We've had a good evening with all six kids (3 Hasses + 3 Silvermans=6 kids) and now they're all quietly asleep upstairs. Well, except for Micah who keeps making a fuss! This is our first time to have friends sleep over. Woo-hoo! It really is quite fun. Here's a picture of the crew watching the Veggie Tales movie, "The Star of Christmas."
Tomorrow we have a morning appt with Elijah's neurologist so our fun will be cut short. But it was fun while it lasted! The appt is to discuss the results of Elijah's MRI and his medication, which he did not do well on, so we've taken him off. The MRI results were perfectly normal, so we'll see what we do from here.
